Once your vehicle is at the repair centre we will send you updates on how your car is doing at every stage of the repair. The repairer may also send you updates and information or add pictures during the repair to show you progress. In addition to this you can leave feedback, download your repair guarantee, or contact us.

Mi.Subaru allows you to collate all the data and photos you need with a step by step guide and checklist. The app ensures that photos are GPS and date stamped and offers advice on taking the correct images for your insurer and for your repairer.
These are then stored ready for you to email to Subaru Assist or your insurer.
